Our company is seeking a Regional Marketing Director to oversee Sales and Marketing in the Chicago area region for various Supportive Living facilities.
In conjunction with the Director / Administrator, the Regional Marketing Director determines the market position of the apartment community and defines the marketing strategy.
Develops leads, utilizing all appropriate marketing and advertising methods Over-see development of various marketing materials.
Develops and maintains working relationships with key referral sources, such as CCU's, hospital discharge planners, physicians, home health agencies, Senior Centers, Health Department, etc.
Provides Director/Administrator with ongoing sales and marketing reports.
Provides input into marketing budget and helps to implement and control such budget.
Trains and motivates other management staff in the marketing /sales program.
