Competitive Pay:
Starting at $60,000 per year Additionally, the Site Leader will oversee all personnel matters, accounting functions, record keeping, coordination of client meetings, obtaining supplies and working on special Porter/Valet and Cash projects for the location.

Summary of essential job functions Leads and supervises the location(s)' operation procedures and employees.
Advance strategic planning for location(s) operations by meeting with the client weekly Organizes and assigns location(s) activities, tasks, and staffing Assist in recruiting qualified staff, manage succession planning, and address employee relations, and disciplinary issues.
Ensure corporate training program is delivered to all employees in a timely manner and to develop site-specific training necessary for the delivery of exceptional guest services.
Review and measure employee performance and recommend corrective action to Site Leader when appropriate.
Must establish and maintain solid client relations Must deal with sensitive and confidential information Safeguard all company property including proprietary software, operating systems, policies, procedures, and any other information which belongs to Alliance Efficiently and effectively handle a changing environment and be capable of dealing with multiple people and various situations simultaneously.
Must have excellent organization skills when it comes to arranging cars in multiple lots and maintaining safety.
Must be willing to think independently and come up with solutions quickly while working in a fast pace environment.
Reconciling monthly by completing a monthly physical inventory Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently Strong oral and written communication skills Must have leadership experience Must have experience managing payroll and scheduling Requirements:
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to run or briskly walk long distances.
Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
Should have a minimum of 2 years valet parking/automotive experience with management experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, a reliable method of communication, and be willing to work a floating schedule as needed.
Must be on call at least one hour before the beginning of the first shift continuously through the end of the last shift at his/her assigned site.
Must be willing to work additional shifts/days in the event of an employee callout if no other employee can be contacted to fill the vacant position.
Preferences:
2-4 year college diploma or trade school equivalent 2 years experience managing a staff with scheduling responsibility.
Experience in the hospitality or automotive industry is considered a plus Job Type:
