13/hour SkyTech Security is hiring for Full-Time Security Officers in the Skokie area immediately! Multiple State and City Full-Time positions are available at prime locations throughout the Chicago and suburban area.
We have immediate openings for unarmed/armed Security Officers at these locations.
This person must have outstanding customer service skills and held security-related positions in their recent history.
In addition, some locations require typing (basic, from the home keys) and experience in badging, so this is a plus.
General
Responsibilities:
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Obtains help by sounding alarms.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
Must have a valid PERC card and a copy of 20-hour training certificate Must be at least 21 years of age.
