Skokie, IL The Receptionist is responsible for performing various duties related to the Oncology Clinic.
Assists the Practice Manager and other Clinic employees in coordinating departmental functions, various clerical duties, multiple computer systems, record management, data compilation, various reports, and correspondence, answering clinic phones, routine questions, and assisting patients and caregivers with various needs.
Requirement High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in the medical field preferred Proficient in EPIC system Must be able to use the following equipment/software; Scanner, fax machine, copy machine Microsoft Office Word, Excel City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
