Responsibilities:
-Conduct new family intakes and develop initial Treatment Plans for new clients -Conduct ongoing assessment and update Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention plans as needed -Maintain accurate clinical notes -Review and audit clinical notes -Provide required supervision to clients, Behavior Therapists -Participate in weekly BCBA meetings with the Clinical DIrector -Conduct Family Guidance Meetings -Maintain ethical and professional relationships with all families and staff -work in clinic, clients homes, and some remote.
