The office staff employee must be able to use our multiple databases, answer phone calls and assist with other duties as needed.
Responsibilities/Job requirements:
Answer phone calls Help customers at the window as needed.
Update accounts, make updates as needed.
Filling out and uploading paperwork.
Other duties as needed.
Must be able to sit for 8 hours during the day.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Must be able to work on a computer for the entirety of the shift.
Must be friendly to customers at all times.
Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Basic computer skills needed.
Having good customer service skills is very important.
This position is full time.
Monday through Friday from 9:
00am to 5:
00pm you must be available to work during these hours.
