Skokie based electronic signature forms management solution provider is currently expanding its staff. Our product lines include web-based solutions for employee W-4s, onboarding documents, pay stubs and year-end tax statements. We are looking for a well organized, experienced customer service professional. This position will provide direct assistance to the clients utilizing our various web-based solutions. A background in HR or Payroll is a plus.
Skills and Requirements
Extensive background in customer management with a strong disposition for patience
Exceptional follow-up skills
Must be organized and flexible in a high paced and changing environment
Must be a team player capable of supporting all service lines offered by CIC Plus
Must possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Must possess the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
Must be able to work in teams on large projects and communicate effectively with others
Outstanding client service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Any other duties as assigned to support the team's operations
Individual must be able to work a full-time schedule and work well under minimal supervision. Occasional travel may be required and overtime will be required during our peak season which is normally December through February.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
