The Human Resources Manager will:
- Handle both tactical and strategic functions of a small HR department.
- Develop and manage department goals, systems, and policies for payroll, benefits, staffing, training, safety, employee relations, employee records, and HR policy.
- Create job descriptions for open roles and handle full cycle recruitment.
- Conduct new hire orientation and all on-boarding responsibilities.
The ideal Human Resources Manager will have Human Resources experience with exposure in recruiting, HR policy, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and employment law.
