Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Research Assistant 2 who will work remotely through our site at Skokie, IL.

This position is Part-Time and Temporary and able to work remotely.

A Research Assitant 2 is responsible for:
slide scoring in vivo rodent bone marrow micronucleus slides (stained with acridine orange), and/or in vitro micronucleus slides (with or without cyt B, stained with acridine orange or DiffQuik), scoring chromosome aberrations in CHO or HPBL cells and working on GLP studies. Appropriate equipment will be provided unless the employee does not need the equipment provided.

    Job Qualifications

    The following are minimum requirements related to the Research Assistant 2 position.

    • Bachelor s/Master s with relevant experience.
    • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Computer skills, commensurate with Essential Functions, including the ability to learn a validated system.
    • Must have experience scoring in vivo rodent bone marrow micronucleus slides (stained with acridine orange), and/or in vitro micronucleus slides (with or without cyt B, stained with acridine orange or DiffQuik).
